J qualified from AECC in 1986 and ran his own chiropractic clinic in Brigg, Lincolnshire, for 35 years until 2023. Alongside clinical practice, he also served as a final-year trainer and TOC examiner at WIOC. Now based in Penrith, J is delighted to be part of the LA1 Chiropractic team, continuing to share his experience in patient care while enjoying more time walking in the Lake District.

Silke’s passion for chiropractic began when she observed her father having chiropractic treatment. She saw the effect that chiropractic treatment had on reducing his pain and improving his quality of life. Silke was inspired by the natural approach of chiropractic care and its positive effects on the body without the need for medication.

Silke graduated with a merit from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2016. She has previously worked in chiropractic clinics based in Lincolnshire and Sheffield, before relocating to Lancaster and opening LA1 Chiropractic Clinic.

Outside of clinic life, Silke enjoys spending time with her daughter, long walks in the countryside and arts and crafts.
